Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

  • Provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
  • Document all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions accurately in service reports.
  • Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during all field operations.
  • Manage service parts inventory and company assets efficiently while in the field.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and performing root cause analysis.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or HMI configuration.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in industrial networking protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
