Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnostic tests, and complex repairs on industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify root causes of failures.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Document service activities, parts used, and equipment performance in detail.

• Manage service parts inventory and tooling required for field assignments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently (e.g., up to 75%) to customer locations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced PLC programming or HMI development.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Certification or experience with specific robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Working knowledge of CAD software for reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings.
