Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical methods and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to gather critical market insights.
• Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand plans with supply capabilities and financial targets.
• Manage demand planning for new product introductions and product discontinuations.
• Utilize and optimize forecasting software and tools to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecast assumptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, statistical modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and inventory management principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBF CPF certification.
• Experience leading or contributing to supply chain process improvement projects.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing production scheduling and capacity planning.
