Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for timely material and product flow.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to integrate supply chain processes and meet demand forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with industry regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and procurement best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions)
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation or significant module optimization (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
