Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, R&D) to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including FMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to analyze data and improve process capability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, PPAP).
- Strong understanding and application of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, statistical methods, and problem-solving.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software such as Minitab or JMP.
- Experience with specific industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
