Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a productive team environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
