Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise all corrugator operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

* Champion a positive team culture, empowering employees through effective training, coaching, and open communication.

* Optimize machine performance by meticulously monitoring process parameters and making informed adjustments.

* Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to proactively identify and resolve potential mechanical issues on the corrugator.

* Implement and oversee adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

* Manage shift staffing, breaks, and vacations to ensure adequate coverage and operational continuity.

* Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.

* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Recommended Qualifications:

* A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience within a modern manufacturing setting, preferably corrugation.

* Comprehensive understanding of corrugator mechanics and operational principles, including key positions like the control room and single facers.

* Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse workforce.

* Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on root cause analysis.

* Proven commitment to a safe working environment and quality assurance.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a new facility startup or significant machinery upgrade.

* A background in formal or informal mentorship and training programs.
