Salary Range: $44,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking EDM Operators who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
• Program EDM machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Select appropriate electrodes, wire, and machining parameters for specific jobs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM machines.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to dimensional tolerances.
• Load and unload workpieces, ensuring proper setup and alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain EDM machinery, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material science as it applies to EDM processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
