Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain robotic systems for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robots.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on robotic arms, end-effectors, and peripheral equipment.
• Program and re-program robots for new tasks or process adjustments.
• Install and integrate new robotic cells into existing manufacturing lines.
• Document maintenance procedures, repairs, and system configurations.
• Train production staff on basic robot operation and safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
• Ability to perform precision alignments and calibrations on robotic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
• Familiarity with a variety of robot brands beyond the primary (e.g., Epson, Yamaha, Kawasaki).
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for troubleshooting and integration.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
