Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels and material flow to ensure efficient production scheduling.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
