Salary Range: $67,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tools and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for tooling.
• Supervise and train tool room personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to support manufacturing needs and resolve tooling issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the tool room.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tool room processes and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a tool room environment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of various machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, EDM).
• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and metrology tools.
