Training Manager / Coordinator | Holland, MI

Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for all manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with department managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee certifications.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for manufacturing.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple training projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
