Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Tool Makers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, alter, and repair a variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
• Set up and operate a wide range of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
• Perform precision measurements using instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for tool failures or production issues.
• Maintain and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel on tool design and improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Expertise in operating and maintaining a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs).
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, heat treatment, and material properties.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Demonstrated experience in tool design, fabrication, and repair.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T principles and their application.
