Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Training Manager / Coordinators who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing employees.
• Coordinate external vendor training and manage scheduling for shop floor personnel.
• Maintain and update training records, materials, and the learning management system.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Onboard new manufacturing hires with essential safety and operational training.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
