Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, and improve value streams from end-to-end to eliminate waste and enhance flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor value stream health and drive performance.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning within the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize improvement activities to achieve strategic objectives.
• Facilitate regular value stream reviews and report out on progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment of value stream activities with overall business goals and customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with simulation software for value stream mapping.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean methodologies.
