Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Battle Creek seeking Value Stream Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute value stream maps to identify and eliminate waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream performance and progress.
• Champion lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies across the value stream.
• Optimize resource allocation and workflow to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to align value stream activities with overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
