Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of warehouse personnel.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize warehouse automation solutions.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
