Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to achieve cost-effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
