Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hudsonville that are seeking Working Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10-15 production associates on a given shift.
• Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures and machinery operation.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet output targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
