Salary Range: $41,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications using appropriate tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and improve product design.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and production schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in MIG/TIG welding in a manufacturing environment
• AWS D1.1 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Ability to use and maintain various welding equipment and power tools
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and safety protocols
