Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Supply Chain Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock levels, and warehouse operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance reliability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed supply chain decisions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory, procurement, and production planning
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven decision making
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global supply chains (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German)
• Strong understanding of sustainability practices in supply chain management
