Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics).
• Program and configure control systems, including PLCs, servo drives, and vision systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with automated production lines and machinery.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through the application of automation, robotics, and advanced control strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
• Ensure all automated systems comply with safety standards, quality protocols, and operational specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems, including schematics and operational procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with industrial robotics, servo/motion control, and automated material handling systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition methods.
• Proven ability in system integration, troubleshooting, and debugging complex automation machinery.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced robotics applications (e.g., collaborative robots, vision-guided robotics).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA development and integration.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols and IT/OT convergence concepts.
• Experience with industrial vision systems for quality control or guidance.
