Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the plant, aligning with company objectives for growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring proper training, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Control plant budget and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost-efficiency and financial targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and reliability programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven 7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage plant budgets, drive cost efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management or a related field.
