Salary Range: $52,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Wayland seeking experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile accounts receivable.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial transactions.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) relevant to AP/AR.
• Proven ability to reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or Oracle
• Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CAPP) or Accounts Receivable (e.g., CARS)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Multilingual, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
