Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Warehouse Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure seamless material movement and timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze warehouse data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Manhattan WMS.
• Project management experience, particularly with warehouse expansion or new technology implementation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
