Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to optimize flow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and drive their successful execution.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the value stream, ensuring effective utilization and cost control.
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting best practices.
• Facilitate regular value stream mapping sessions to identify bottlenecks and develop future state improvement plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
