Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Value Stream Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize value streams to improve flow and eliminate waste.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage value stream metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities and implement sustainable solutions using Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align value stream activities with strategic business objectives.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the assigned value stream.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and best practices within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
