Training Manager / Coordinator | Allendale, MI

Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Allendale seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
• Assess training needs and develop relevant curricula for production teams.
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
• Onboard new manufacturing employees with essential safety and operational training.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, design curriculum, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
