Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Value Stream Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Define, map, and optimize value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve value stream performance targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture within the value stream, utilizing Lean methodologies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure efficient operation of the value stream.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and proactive decision-making within the value stream.
• Collaborate with other value stream managers and functional leaders to ensure alignment and overall business optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and track performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and motivating teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with simulation software for value stream mapping.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching teams in Lean methodologies.
