Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to streamline material flow.
• Administer the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse setting
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for warehouse management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 30-hour certification for General Industry.
