Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Train and mentor production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent accidents.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of production employees.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
