Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor manufacturing team members, fostering skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes, identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Allocate tasks and manage work schedules to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on performance, output, and quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
