Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize stockouts.
  • Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow and storage capacity.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a manufacturing warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond basic functionality.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
