Salary Range: $70,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Spring Lake that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports.
• Perform Gage R&R studies and maintain calibration of test equipment.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in developing automated tests using Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Expertise in test methodologies, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Background in statistical process control (SPC) implementation.
