Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and machinery.
• Install and commission new production equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Millwright) or equivalent work experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Advanced knowledge of industrial hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience maintaining robotics or CNC machinery
