Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production personnel, including scheduling and performance management.

• Promote and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Demonstrated experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams
• Bilingual proficiency to support a diverse workforce
