Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including supply chain disruptions and production challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and procurement.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement changes to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA) systems.
• Knowledge of automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes relevant to the industry (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing).
