Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and strategic supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for procurement, inventory, and materials planning.
• Proven track record of achieving cost reductions and supply chain efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with international sourcing and global supply chain management.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or other relevant supply chain methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for spend analysis and market intelligence.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects.
