Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues and production bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process specifications.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct data analysis to identify trends and root causes of deviations.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to achieve operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process design principles, P&ID, PFD, and mass/energy balances.
• Proficiency in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or process simulation tools
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with PLC programming or industrial automation systems
