Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications for all manufactured products.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production efficiency and identify areas for process improvement to reduce waste and optimize costs.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and submit production reports on output, scrap, and labor utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team to achieve operational targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement methodology training.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce.
• Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting or preventative maintenance schedules.
