Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient inventory control.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of team development.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and production planning software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with the implementation of automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
