Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor manufacturing processes using statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier quality by conducting audits, evaluating performance, and resolving material discrepancies.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar).
• Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• Experience with statistical analysis and relevant software (e.g., Minitab).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Advanced GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) expertise
