Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Manage all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and data analysis for manufacturing processes.
- Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, performance monitoring, and material qualification.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs across the organization.
- Ensure product and process compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
- Manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring findings are addressed and closed effectively.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Lead Auditor certification for a relevant industry standard (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Demonstrated experience in Lean manufacturing implementation
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or automation projects
