Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier quality, including audits and material non-conformance resolution.
• Support new product introduction through FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP activities.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing).
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
• Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
• Experience with advanced quality tools like Design of Experiments (DOE) or Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
• Familiarity with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100)
