Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all product inspection, testing, and quality control activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality, including audits and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive quality initiatives and foster a culture of excellence

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience managing supplier quality programs
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
