Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead and manage all internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions.
• Oversee product inspection processes and ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and process optimization.
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, providing training and performance management.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proven ability to implement and manage quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and strong problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
