Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Investigate quality non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and data analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience leading internal or external quality audits.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing sector (e.g., medical devices, automotive).
