Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily quality assurance activities and personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct training and development for quality technicians and production staff on quality procedures.
• Monitor key quality metrics and prepare reports on product conformity and process performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inspection processes, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience and professional certifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis
• Familiarity with specific industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949)
