The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
• Negotiate offers, extend employment contracts, and facilitate pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay current with manufacturing industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, maintenance).
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing environments, processes, and technical job requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing strategies specific to the industrial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, screen, and engage passive candidates for specialized manufacturing positions.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, welding, assembly).
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or production roles in high-volume environments.
