Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and commission robotic systems and peripheral equipment in manufacturing cells.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections of industrial robots to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic systems and automated machinery.
• Execute repairs, adjustments, and component replacements on robotic arms, end-effectors, and safety devices.
• Develop, modify, and optimize robot programs (e.g., teach paths, I/O configuration) for new or existing production processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify and implement improvements in robotic cell efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience with industrial robot programming, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) or advanced robot programming languages (e.g., KUKA KRL, FANUC Karel).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Basic proficiency in CAD software for fixture design or layout modifications.
